I absolutely loved being able to add my initials—it made it feel so special and way more exciting than it probably should have! My only tiny heartbreak is that I wish there were more color options to choose from, because I would have spent forever picking the perfect one

The bottle itself arrived in one piece, so I’ll give them that, but the box was dented and the packing felt kind of cheap. It just made the whole thing feel careless, and now I don’t really trust that future orders would arrive safely. Definitely could be packed better.

I only went onto Chilly’s to look for a bottle, but I ended up clicking through cups, food pots, coffee mugs and even the different lids because there was so much to choose from. I liked that the colours and sizes were all easy to compare, and little things like matching lids or choosing the exact finish made it feel quite thought-through. The site was simple to browse too, which helped because I kept getting distracted by the small details. Really nice having everything in one place.

I’ve been using my chillys bottle pretty much every day, and so far it’s been great. My water doesn’t pick up any weird taste, and I haven’t noticed any odd smells either, even after using it for coffee. I do give it a good rinse afterwards, which seems to do the trick. Really happy with it overall...

I like the bottle overall, it looks good and does the job. The only thing is the size I chose feels a little awkward for daily use, haha. It’s kind of too small for longer days, but also a bit bulky to carry around in my bag. Definitely not a bad bottle, just not the perfect fit for me.

The lid does its job fine for the most part, but the cap gets stuck every now and then. I was expecting it to open a little more smoothly and quickly, so it’s a bit frustrating when I’m in a hurry

I had to send back a bottle I ordered from chillys because I’d picked the wrong size. I’ll be honest, I was a bit suspicious at first because returns can sometimes turn into a whole hassle, but the form was simple and I got the label without any messing about. I posted it back, then a few days later they emailed to say they’d received it. The refund was back on my card quickly too, I think about 3 days after that. No drama in the end, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I’d buy from them again...

I picked up a few accessories for my chillys bottle and, they fit perfectly. The lid, straw and cleaning brush all worked with the bottle I already had, so why buy a whole new one when you can just swap a few parts out? Super handy, easy to use, and delivery was fine too. What’s not to like?

I found the bottle colour I wanted right away, which was a nice suprise for once. No messing around with out of stock options or anything. Checkout was quick and easy too

So far, everything’s been working well and I haven’t noticed any leaks yet. leaks feel like one of those preventable headaches, so I’m glad this has held up the way it should.

Just a heads up for anyone considering this, I didn’t feel like it was the best value for the money. It wasn’t necessarily terrible, but for what I paid, I expected more. I’d recommend comparing a few other options before buying so you don’t end up feeling disappointed like I did.

I’ll be honest, I do really like my chillys bottle. It looks nice, it feels solid, and it’s lasted way longer than I expected, which makes me feel like I’m single-handedly saving the planet every time I don’t buy a plastic bottle. Dramatic? Maybe. That said, the sustainability info is where I started squinting at the website like I was uncovering some huge mystery. I just wish they were more upfront about where things are made, what materials are used, and what the packaging situation is. They say some positive stuff, but it feels a bit too vague for me to be fully sold. Good brand overall, but I’m not exactly shouting from the rooftops yet.

Ordered a bottle from chillys.com and, annoyingly, it turned up sooner than I expected so I had nothing to complain about. Tracking was clear, the parcel arrived in one piece, and there was no damage or messing about. I’ve used them twice now and both times delivery’s been reliable, so yeah, I guess they’re to blame for me trusting them again.

I’m really happy with this so far. I mainly wanted something that would actually keep my water cold for a long time, and it definitely meets that expectation, even when I’ve left it sitting in the car. I tried it with coffee too, and it stayed hot for most of the morning. Nothing fancy to complain about, it does what I needed it to do
